BWG Botanics Tribe Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The BWG Botanics Tribe (BBT) Membership offers exclusive access to premium essential oils, skincare products, self-care education, and community involvement tailored to various needs and lifestyles. Available membership levels include:

  • Student Tribe Membership

  • Men's Tribe Membership

  • Women's Tribe Membership

  • Selfcare Guru Tribe Membership

  • Selfcare Expert Tribe Membership

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals of all ages who have successfully completed the application process. By enrolling, members affirm that they can enter into legally binding agreements. BBT memberships are available in the UK and internationally, and members should refer to our shipping page for specific countries and regions where our products can be delivered.

3. Membership Levels and Benefits

Each membership level provides its unique benefits, including product discounts, exclusive content, priority access to new launches, and invitations to special events. Details of benefits associated with each membership level can be found on our website.

4. Membership Fees

Membership fees will vary by membership level. Fees are non-refundable, even if the member chooses to discontinue their membership before the end of the billing period. Members will have access to exclusive promotions and discounts based on their membership level.

5. Payment Terms

Membership fees are charged annually on the date of enrollment. Members authorize BWG Botanics to process their payment through the selected payment method. Any change in payment details must be communicated at least seven days before the next billing cycle.

6. Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel their membership at any time by contacting Customer Service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur. Members will retain access to benefits until the end of their paid period.

7. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to engage in a respectful and constructive manner within the BWG Botanics community. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of membership without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

BWG Botanics and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from membership or product usage. Members agree to use products responsibly and acknowledge that individual results may vary.

9. Changes to Terms

BWG Botanics reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership will constitute agreement to the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be adjudicated in a competent court located in the UK.
