Please note that we cannot accept liability for the loss of orders once we have passed them on to any national postal service other than Royal Mail. To ensure a reliable and efficient service, we use Royal Mail for all Standard Deliveries within the UK.
PLEASE NOTE: Import taxes and duties will be the sole responsibility of the customer should they choose to order goods from our website for delivery outside of the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional costs, as they are imposed by your local customs office and we cannot provide assistance with navigating these processes. Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for items that are not in a condition suitable for resale, unless you have experienced an adverse reaction and can provide evidence that our product was the cause of this issue.
