Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We cannot accept liability for loss of orders once we've passed them on to any national postal service other than Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail for Standard Deliveries within the UK.
PLEASE NOTE; Import taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs as your local customs office imposes them, and we cannot offer assistance with these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the unused products to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for products which have been opened, used, or damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale unless you have had an adverse reaction and can prove that our product was the cause of this.
In certain circumstances, we might be able to offer a replacement product or exchange.
We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs for items delivered or returned outside the UK.
We will refund your product as quickly as possible by returning the money to your original payment method.
