Welcome to our wonderful tribe competitions! These exciting competitions run quarterly on our social media platforms, with not to be missed giveaways and prizes with the winner announced on our website, social media and blog. The competition rules are clear and operate in a very simple and straightforward three-step process. Each winner will have the incredible opportunity to win fabulous prizes such as a luxurious holiday for two, a delightful selfcare hamper generously provided by one of our partner stores or a major retail outlet, and even tickets to an exclusive selfcare event, complete with cash for spending at the event and so much more. BWG Botanics Tribe Competitions: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all, including members of the BWG Botanics Tribe (BBT) who are all aged 18 years or older, except employees of BWG Botanics and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to the competition.

2. Duration

  • Competitions will commence on the specified date outlined in each individual competition announcement and will conclude at the date and time stated. Late entries will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the competition announcement, which may include sharing a post, tagging friends, or submitting photos/stories relevant to the theme. Multiple entries may be permitted or restricted, as specified in each competition.

4. Prizes

  • Prizes include but are not limited to:

    • Packaged BWG Botanics hampers.

    • A luxurious holiday for two.

    • A delightful self-care hamper from a partner store or major retail outlet.

    • Tickets to an exclusive self-care event, including cash for spending at the event.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be chosen at random, or based on specified criteria stated in the competition announcement, such as creativity or engagement. Decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

6. Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be contacted via direct message or email within seven days of the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, BWG Botanics reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Fulfillment

  • Prizes will be sent via postal service or delivered electronically, depending on the prize type. BWG Botanics is not responsible for any delays or damages occurring during the delivery process.

8. Publicity

  • By entering the competition, winners agree to allow BWG Botanics to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

  • Any personal information provided for the competition will be used in accordance with BWG Botanics’ privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • BWG Botanics is not responsible for any loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition, or as a result of any prize being awarded.

11. General Conditions

  • BWG Botanics reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its reasonable control, without liability.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these competitions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
