Oatmeal contains zinc, a mineral the reduces inflammation and kills bacteria.

Create an oatmeal paste and apply it on your face. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse off with water.

Oatmeal For Dry Skin

Dry skin is sometimes caused by a rash or infection. Oatmeal has a mild pH level, and it has anti-inflammatory properties that help cool down the inflames skin.

With this superfood, you get a natural moisturiser and exfoliant in one!

Oatmeal For Blackheads

Blackheads are clogged pores on our skin. It does not help our beauty and our goal for smoother, clearer faces.

The good news is, oatmeal has chemical compounds called saponins. They serve as a natural cleanser which can unclog pores.

You can take two tablespoons of oatmeal, three tablespoons of plain yoghurt and take half lemon juice. Mix these natural ingredients together to create a paste. Apply the paste on your nose and other areas. After 15 minutes, rinse off with warm water.
