Create an oatmeal paste and apply it on your face. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse off with water.
Oatmeal For Dry Skin
Dry skin is sometimes caused by a rash or infection. Oatmeal has a mild pH level, and it has anti-inflammatory properties that help cool down the inflames skin.
